Q. When will my order arrive?

A. We make every print to order and production time usually takes about 5-10 business days but can be a little bit longer if we have a high volume of orders. Orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment.As soon as your order has shipped out, we will email a tracking number.

Q. Can I change my shipping address?

A. Please double-check your address before placing your order, we cannot guarantee that your address will be able to be changed once the order is placed.If you entered the wrong address please email us immediately at briggztattoos@gmail.com.We are not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if the incorrect address was provided. Once marked as "delivered" by carrier tracking, we are not responsible for the package.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we are happy to ship internationally.

Q. My package is lost, what should I do?

A. If your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at briggztattoos@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We do not accept returns on downloadable stencils or prints.We make every print to order so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you choose the correct print before placing your order. We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality products that they are satisfied with so if there are any problems with your order please reach out to us.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. We make every print to order, if your order has already been produced we do not accept cancellations. Please contact us immediately at briggztattoos@gmail.com and we will assist you the best we can.

Q. How do I download my tattoo stencil?

A. After stencil purchase you will be directed to a download page. On phone press and hold down the image to save it to your device.On a laptop you will be directed to a page to download the stencil. Hit “download now” to save to your device.If your stencil won’t download please email us at briggztattoos@gmail.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

Q. My print arrived damaged, what should I do?
